New Website
The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors recently introduced www.hownw.com, an online resource for homebuyers.
The new Web site provides a variety of homeownership resources, including a searchable database of homebuying programs in the metro area, a real estate glossary, and information about consumer issues such as credit, predatory lending and how to find a healthy home.
Buyers can also enter information about their household size, income and desired neighborhood to get a list of financial programs and resources available to them. A translation feature allows users to view the Web site in several languages.
Meetings - None
Please feel free to contact me if there are classes of interest, such as Portland First Time Homebuyer Classes, that I can help you find.
Sincerely,
